Do referrals expire?

Yes, a referral is good for 180 days.

Do you need to be an SbCU member in order to make a referral?

Yes, the referrer must be a current Settlers best Credit Union member, in good standing, in order to receive the reward. If the referrer is not a member, no reward cards will be sent to either party. SbCU, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse payment of the reward.

How and when will I receive my Reward Card?

Please allow 2-3 weeks, after completing all requirements of this offer, for delivery of your Visa Virtual Reward.

The person I referred never received the ReferLive email to complete their portion of the online registration. What should I do?
