Cheryl Paul started her mortgage banking career in 1994 as a Loan Officer and expanded her career as the Mortgage Production Manager with a large financial institution. She has been, and continues to be, very active with the mortgage Bankers Association at the local, state and national levels. Her dedication to the industry is signified by her Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation, which symbolizes respect, credibility, ethics, and achievement within the mortgage industry. Cheryl joined Settlers in 2013, putting her years of experience to work to create a mortgage department based on the philosophy of “keep it simple, do it well”.

Cheryl continues to strive for innovation within the mortgage industry.
