SbCU Madison West transitions to by-appointment-only 10/1

On 10/01/2024, Relationship Banking services from our Madison West office will relocate to our Madison East location on Highway 19 just west of Highway 51 and 8 minutes north of Dane County Regional Airport.

Relocating our Relationship Banking services to our larger Madison East office demonstrates our commitment to optimizing our ability to serve members’ needs that are best met in person, such as new account openings, teller transactions, and document notarization.

The upcoming transition will allow members who previously banked at SbCU Madison West to enjoy the following enhancements:

– Ease of access (HWY 51, HWY 19, I-90/94)
– Consistency of experience
– In-person access to Treasury Management team
– Access to Night Drop
– Use of Community Room*

While the SbCU Madison West office will no longer be open to walk-in visitors throughout the day, Settlers’ Business, Private Banking, Mortgage, and administrative teams will continue to operate from the location. Members are invited to contact their banker directly to schedule appointments at the Madison West office.
