Rob Monson is a Mortgage Operations Specialist. Rob works closely with the rest of our mortgage team to be sure that every mortgage application is complete and correct. Rob’s commitment and attention to detail ensure that clients experience smooth loan closings. Rob enjoys the tangible outcome of his work: helping people get the homes they’ve always wanted.

During his 10 years in the banking industry, Rob has served in diverse areas providing a well-rounded understanding of banking as a whole. Earlier in his career Rob served as a key influencer at a regional bank, updating its systems from paper to electronic.

Rob studied mathematics at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
