Mary Breunig is our Mortgage Operations Officer, and the tie-that-binds our mortgage operations team. While most clients won’t have the pleasure of working with Mary directly, she works closely with our lenders to ensure that each client receives a timely decision and the best mortgage program for his unique needs.

Mary enjoys being part of a team that provides expert advice to people navigating one of life’s biggest purchase decisions – buying a home. Mary takes special pleasure in providing mortgage solutions to customers other banks turned down when those banks failed to take the time to review the clients’ unique circumstance.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mary is an accomplished mortgage professional who has consistently been recognized for her outstanding performance. The Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) recognized Mary’s expertise in 2019 by awarding her its Best in Business Award:  Underwriting, Madison Chapter. Previously the WMBA honored Mary with a nomination for its 2016 Best in Business Award for Mortgage Processing. Earlier in her career Mary received Top Processing and Closing honors from the fifth largest bank in the United States.

Mary holds a BS in Business from Edgewood College, Madison, Wisconsin, and obtained her Certified Residential Underwriter (CRU) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
