While serving at a previous bank Kale was recognized as the top SBA lender in his peer bank group. Kale brings a wealth of SBA lending experience to his current role and the WBA regularly invites Kale to share his expertise in roundtable discussions. Kale demonstrates his commitment to excellence by attending the Wisconsin SBA Lenders Conference each year.

Kale holds a Bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
