Carissa’s top priority is providing extraordinary service to build trusted, life-long relationships with members.  Just as you’d count on a friend, you can count on Carissa to listen, educate, and advise you through every step of the mortgage loan process.  Carissa believes that communication and collaboration between Buyers, Builders, Realtors, and the lender is key to ensuring a smooth loan transaction.

Carissa has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for 28+ years and feels it’s important to be involved in the multiple facets of her industry.  She’s a member and has held various committee and/or board positions over the years with the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), Madison Area Mortgage Bankers Association (MAMBA), Madison Area Builders Association (MABA), and the Waunakee Chamber.  She also participates with various charitable, school, and community organizations.  She was honored to receive the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association Best in Business Award: Best Loan Originator for the Madison Chapter in 2015; and more recently helped to institute and direct a Scholarship Program for young adults going into the Construction, Finance, or Real Estate industries.

Carissa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Carthage College.
