Heather Longhenry Named CFO of the Year

Heather Longhenry, CFO of Settlers bank, has been selected as a 2018 Executive of the Year Award Recipient by In Business Magazine. The awards program celebrates executives who exemplify excellence in leadership, innovation and company success.

Since joining the bank in 2008 Heather has taken an entrepreneurial approach in the areas of finance and operations, disrupting the banking industry status quo. She has created innovative solutions and operational efficiencies which adapt and evolve to accommodate the banks perennial 20% annual growth and its commitment to remaining at the forefront of technology. Initiatives Heather has introduced are regularly cited by bank examiners as best practice models for others in the industry, and support staff in providing a superior customer experience.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and has completed the Graduate School of Banking, Louisiana State University and the Graduate School of Bank Investments, Darla Moore School of Business.
