Our commitment to caring and providing creative solutions doesn’t end with the banking day. Settlers bank has ongoing partnerships that have a profound and positive impact on our community. The Bank engages its staff in giving back by providing paid time off to participate in volunteer activities. Allowing each employee to contribute his time to the cause he supports most passionately leads to meaningful outcomes and genuine personal fulfillment.
We are so happy to see Cheng and Sierra achieve their dream of homeownership. It was a joy to join with Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee, Nonn’s, RHD Plumbing and ABC Supply last fall to build the home’s frame.
We were thrilled to be a part of this awesome event, helping every DeForest Area High School senior learn how to survive on a give life scenario and salary. Our Susan Fischer staffed the Auto station, guiding students through selecting the transportation that would meet their needs and budgets.
Thank you to our Adopt a Class for visiting us today! Ms. Berkley’s kindergarteners joined our bankers in games to learn more about money. Our Samantha Brown, Susan Fischer, and Jaime Rowe had a great time guiding the class through these financial literacy adventures.
Our bankers join staff and families at American Family Children’s Hospital to celebrate the $685,533 raised during Radiothon 2018. Funds raised will support sick kids and their families by providing meals, assistance with transportation and the Child Life Program that let’s kids be kids when they are in the hospital. Thanks to all #Champions4Kids

Join us and be #Champions4Kids
This year’s Madison Area Builder’s Career day was a rousing success with a record number of students attending. Our Carissa Peterson and Susan Fischer were on-hand to assist as attendees learned more about careers in the construction trades.
Our Ken Pesik recently visited the 8th grade Science class at Waunakee Middle School. This awesome group of students showed its appreciation by showering “Mr. Pesik” with loads of lovely hand-written thank you notes!
Our David Fink and Tom Spitz welcomed those lucky enough to get tickets to the Today’s Q106 Storytellers Jam! The bank proudly serves as sponsor for this amazing and unique live music event. Proceeds benefit American Family Children’s Hospital.
Our Bankers Go Red! The team at our Madison West location is wearing red today to bring awareness to heart disease and stroke. #MadisonGoesRed #WearRedDay

You may have seen some familiar faces recently at Walgreen’s, DeForest or Old Sauk Road. Bankers from both our Windsor and Madison West locations rang bells to provide food, toys and clothing during the Christmas season and to help Americans recovering from all kinds of personal disasters worldwide.
